1. Standard Reservations
● Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
● Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to:
○ One night’s stay; or
○ Full booking amount for non-refundable bookings.
2. Non-Refundable Reservations
● Promotional, discounted, or special offer bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” cannot be cancelled or modified.
● No refunds will be issued for:
○ Early departures
○ No-shows
○ Unused nights or services
3. Refund Processing
● Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7–14] business days.
● Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s bank or payment provider.
4. No-Show Policy
● Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
● The reservation may be cancelled automatically and charges may apply according to the booking policy.
5. Date Changes & Amendments
● Reservation modifications are subject to room availability and rate differences.
● Additional charges may apply for changes to dates, room types, or number of guests.
6. Force Majeure
● Blue Lagoon Hotel shall not be responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation interruptions, or emergencies.
