4. Occupancy 

         ● Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room.

5. Guest Conduct Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to:

         ● Cancel bookings; or 

         ● Remove guests without refund for:

                  ○ Excessive noise 

                  ○ Threatening or abusive behavior 

6. Damage & Liability

                  ● Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. 

                  ● Charges for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning may be applied. 

7. Smoking Policy 

                  ● Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas. 

                  ● A cleaning fee may be charged for violations. 

8. Pets 

                  ● Pets are not allowed.

9. Parking
