2. Sources of Information Information may be collected directly from guests, through hotel websites, booking engines, online travel agencies (OTA) including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Traveloka, travel agents, corporate partners, or other lawful sources. 

3. Purpose of Collection Personal information is collected for reservation processing, guest registration, payment processing, customer support, hotel operations, security purposes, legal compliance, marketing communications, loyalty programs, and service improvement. 

4. Legal Basis Where required by law, personal data is processed based on guest consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate business interests, and public safety requirements.

Disclosure of Information Information may be shared with payment gateways, property management systems, channel managers, technology providers, law enforcement agencies, immigration authorities, tourism authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities when legally required. 6.
